BairesDev is seeking an ML Engineer (Vision) to design and implement advanced computer vision models for detection, segmentation, and OCR. You will work with Python, PyTorch, and OpenCV to build production-ready pipelines, ensuring high accuracy and efficient resource use in scalable environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing monitoring of model performance in production to mitigate data drift and ensure reliability.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering with a focus on Computer Vision.
• Proven expertise in object detection, segmentation, and classification using YOLO, Detectron, or SAM.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV for image processing and manipulation.
• Experience with model training, optimization, and GPU acceleration for high-performance applications.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize production-ready computer vision models for object detection, segmentation, and OCR.
• Build and maintain end-to-end vision pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
• Implement model training and optimization strategies to ensure high accuracy and efficient resource usage.
• Scale visual AI workflows across diverse environments, including GPU-accelerated and edge deployment scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision capabilities into broader machine learning applications.
• Monitor and refine model performance in production to address data drift and maintain system reliability.
