HireLago.com seeks an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple clients. You will develop creative ads, analyze performance, and present results to clients, while maintaining strong relationships.

Remote role with standard hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM CST); USD salary 2000–3000 per month depending on experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of Meta updates and improve ROAS.

Qualifications

3-4 years in Facebook advertising campaign management.
Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager for multiple clients.
Proficiency in tracking setups, web campaign traffic analysis, and audience engagement metrics.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
Manage 20+ ad accounts, ensuring optimal structure and performance.
Create compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and image selection.
Present detailed campaign performance reports to clients.
Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
Collaborate with clients to align campaign goals, audiences, and budgets.
Ensure quality assurance for ads, targeting accuracy, and correct landing page links.
Boost organic content on client pages.
