Zicasso is seeking a highly motivated Traveler Care Specialist to join our luxury travel team as an international, fully remote contractor. This role focuses on evaluating and processing traveler inquiries via email, phone, and live chat while building trusted relationships with discerning travelers.
You will work with our global network of travel providers to maximize leads, learn analytics, and drive loyalty and repeat bookings.
Formación
- 8+ years in travel industry, luxury tours/hotels focus
- Excellent fluency in English, written and spoken
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building
- Comfortable with telephone-based work and travel conversations
- Adaptable to various communication styles and traveler behaviors
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
Responsabilidades
- Provide exceptional service to travelers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, messages and email
- Build trust and long-lasting relationships with luxury clients
- Enhance inquiry conversion through expert consultation and product knowledge
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to improve traveler experience
- Partner with Care Team leadership on projects and initiatives
- Leverage data and analytics to improve customer success and innovation
- Guide inquiries toward destination-specific trip requests
- Mentor team members as needed
