Visa Hunt is seeking polished, proactive Customer Service Representatives to deliver a white-glove, concierge-level experience to a high-end U.S.-based membership clientele. This is not a traditional CS role and requires outstanding communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate client needs while staying composed in a fast-paced setting.

You will join a global team supporting a luxury brand, handling multi-channel interactions, scheduling, and delivering consistently

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher, written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast, articulate, and emotionally intelligent service via phone, text, and email.
• Assist clients with time-sensitive reservations and scheduling.
• Handle high volumes of requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across all interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Uphold high standards of service, consistency, and brand representation.
