Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Data Science.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust RAG architectures grounded in external knowledge bases.
• Develop and manage end-to-end LLM fine-tuning pipelines.
• Optimize prompts, evaluation frameworks, and context management for accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents using LangChain and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI features into products.
• Ensure model reliability and cost-efficiency with monitoring and inference optimization.
