Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is required.
• Strong legal writing and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery and requests for production.
• Manage e-filing across court portals and monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions with vendors and multiple parties.
• Assist attorneys with trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists.
• Maintain organized case files and update the case management system.
• Track court dates and deadlines across a caseload.
• Provide clear, regular updates to clients.
