Softgic S. is seeking a highly proactive Full-Stack Developer to join an early-stage product team building a modern software platform for the waste hauling and logistics industry. This remote role requires 50% overlap with EST and a builder mindset to influence product direction from discovery to deployment.

You will work on scalable architecture, REST APIs, AI-powered features, and integrations, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Production-level application deployment experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using AI tools in development workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build a scalable web app using modern frameworks (Next.js, TypeScript).
• Design and implement REST APIs and webhook systems for third-party integrations.
• Develop AI-powered features to improve workflows and UX.
• Collaborate in product discovery and identify technical gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle including deployment and CI/CD.
