FXC Intelligence is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own technical direction for a high-impact customer-facing product. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, the role is remote with periodic in-person meet-ups and collaboration with a global team.

You will coach engineers, design scalable services, ship Golang backends and frontend apps, and ensure performance and reliability across data-driven services used by major clients.

Formación

• Proven experience leading engineers and owning technical delivery.
• Strong Golang and frontend experience (React/TypeScript).
• Ability to translate roadmaps into actionable tasks and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Line-manage and coach the engineering team to deliver high-quality code and architecture.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Golang microservices and frontend apps.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to align roadmaps with delivery.
• Improve performance and observability of services and applications.
