FXC Intelligence is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Bogotá region for remote work with periodic in-person meet-ups. You will design and implement Golang microservices and React/TypeScript frontends, deliver performant interfaces, and own features from ideation to production.

You will influence technical direction, improve observability, and contribute to engineering standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Proficient in Golang backend services and frontend integration with React/TypeScript.
• Strong SQL skills for data-intensive workflows and reporting.
• Understanding clean code and language idioms in Go and TypeScript; contribute to standards.
• Ability to own features end-to-end from ideation to production.
• Excellent communication of complex topics to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new business domains and adjacent technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Golang microservices and frontend apps.
• Deliver high-quality, performant interfaces driven by our design system.
• Take full ownership of features from concept to production release.
• Shape technical strategy through architectural trade-offs and clear decisions.
