IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM (Remote) to drive oversight of clinical deliverables, ensure quality and compliance, and mentor junior staff across multiple global projects. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost within IQVIA SOPs and regulatory expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, 3+ years in clinical monitoring, and 2+ years in a lead position, with strong English communication and leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead tasks including IP management and risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to study and during project closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategies and RBM tools in collaboration with the PM team.
