IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, with a remote work model. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives, ensuring quality, speed and cost effectiveness while adhering to IQVIA SOPs.

You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team and manage global projects. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or onsite), 2+ years in a lead role, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• 3+ years of relevant remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience.
• 2+ years in a Lead role and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk and mitigation activities.
• Mentor junior staff and optimize study RBM tools and templates.
