The role requires a Bachelor's in life sciences and 3+ years in clinical monitoring, with 2+ years in a Lead position and strong English communication. This is a remote LATAM opportunity with global impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members on global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead centralized monitoring activities and oversee delivery on global projects.
• Monitor study metrics, develop analytics strategy and action plans.
• Attend study team and client meetings to provide insights.
• Provide inputs to study teams and drive continuous process improvements.
• Develop and use study management plans and RBM tools.
• Ensure complete documentation and maintain audit readiness; mentor junior staff.
