Job summary

Global Technology Services is seeking a Mid-Level Manual QA to support a SaaS insurance agent compensation management platform. You will design, execute, and maintain manual test cases, perform functional and end-to-end testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across workflows.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of manual QA experience, basic SQL, and strong English communication. Training on insurance domain will be provided, with opportunities to grow into automation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in manual software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and executing manual test cases and test scenarios.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and testing.
• Experience performing functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing for web-based or SaaS applications.
• Experience using a test management or defect-tracking platform such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or an equivalent tool.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute clear manual test cases based on business requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing across SaaS-based business processes.
• Document test results, supporting evidence, and observations accurately and consistently.
• Report defects with clear reproduction steps, expected and actual results, severity, and relevant supporting information.
• Collaborate with implementation, configuration, product, automation, and client teams while maintaining an independent quality perspective.
