IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remote. The role partners with the project and clinical leads to deliver objectives, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs and contracts.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, manage resources, develop monitoring strategies, attend study meetings, and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality study delivery across multiple global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English language skills are mandatory.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and coordinate with project and clinical leads on global projects.
• Oversee IP management and risk mitigation for assigned studies.
• Manage resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTA/CMAs) and monitor study metrics.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; participate in client meetings.
• Ensure complete study documentation and provide coaching to junior staff.
