IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, available remotely, to drive the delivery of clinical monitoring projects in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, coordinate with project and clinical leads, oversee metrics, and mentor staff while optimizing speed, quality and cost. Strong English and 3+ years in monitoring are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation strategies for assigned studies.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources.
• Develop monitoring strategies and study analytics; monitor study performance and regulatory compliance.
