Job Duck in Colombia is seeking a Junior Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, onboarding, and cross-functional workflows. This remote role partners with multiple departments to improve efficiency and service standards, including client administration and reporting tasks.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2-3 years in administrative operations, onboarding, intake, marketing support, or legal office environments preferred

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support day-to-day operational activities across the organization
• Send verification and trust requests, and client follow-ups
• Create, assign, and manage follow-up tasks within Lawmatics
• Meet regularly with Intake team to review pipeline activity and case progress
• Assist the Director of Operations with administrative projects and initiatives
• Serve as liaison between Operations, Intake, Client Support, Marketing, and Leadership
• Prepare, maintain, and update matter-related reports
• Generate PNC reports and provide feedback to Intake
• Maintain accurate client, case, and operational records
• Participate in candidate interviews and hiring processes
• Develop and coordinate social media content initiatives
• Schedule social media posts and maintain content calendars
