You’ll review candidate profiles, validate interest through calls or messages, and maintain records in our system while enjoying 100% remote work and flexible hours. Compensation is offered in USD or local currency.

Formación

• Advanced level of English.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in engaging applicants from different countries.

Responsabilidades

• Review candidate information to assess general fit.
• Contact candidates through phone calls, video, LinkedIn, or email to validate their interest and participation.
• Help schedule interviews, send invites, and maintain system records.
• Support candidate interviews to assess qualifications by reviewing their profile, experience, interests, and commitment.
