SD Industries, LLC seeks a technically strong Remote IT Administrator with hands‑on IT operations, AI tools, and autonomous AI systems. You will manage employee IT onboarding/offboarding, user access, and remote system support while enabling AI-powered workflows across the organization.

The ideal candidate has solid IT foundations and practical AI experience, comfortable troubleshooting in a fully remote environment, and delivering secure IT lifecycle management for a distributed workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years IT support/administration experience in professional environments.
• Hands-on with AI systems, autonomous agents, Claude or similar tools.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Zoom, and remote IT workflows.
• Strong networking knowledge: VPNs, DNS, DHCP, remote connectivity.

Responsabilidades

• Setup, configuration, testing, and management of autonomous AI systems and AI agents.
• Remotely trigger, monitor, troubleshoot, and manage AI-powered systems.
• Manage complete IT lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Create and configure user accounts, emails, system access, permissions.
• Handle day-to-day IT tickets and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, VPNs, and devices.
• Maintain IT documentation, access audits, and security best practices.
