Influur is hiring a Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns. You will bridge sellers, influencers, and brands, coordinating timelines, slating, reviews, and deliverables while maintaining brand tone and quality.

You’ll manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setup, staying ahead of trends and optimizing budgets. Strong English and Spanish skills help you navigate U.S. and LatAm markets as Influur scales.

• Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns from kickoff to final report.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencers.
• Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously.
• Take full ownership of: Timeline coordination, Influencer slating, Draft review and verification, deliverables.
• Deliver white-glove service to clients, ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategy.
• Stay updated with platform trends and what's going viral.
• Negotiate influencer rates and understand budgets.
• Track and optimize campaign budgets.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure content meets brand guidelines.
• Flag issues early, escalate when needed and propose solutions.
• Gather inputs and collaborate with Data Ops for post-campaign reporting.

• Proactively flag issues and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Ops for post-campaign performance reporting.
