Formación

• Experience in Creator Management or related advertising role (1–3 years).
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional media and branding.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across teams.
• Startup mindset with ability to develop new processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the success of creator marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
• Develop creator strategies and manage all campaign phases with internal teams.
• Identify and engage creators, handle negotiations and content production.
• Serve as the liaison between Creator Management and other departments.
• Use insights to guide creator selection and campaign recommendations.
• Maintain daily communication with creators and review post-campaign analytics.
