Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a highly detailed Project Coordinator (Industrial Construction | Document Control) to support full-lifecycle project execution across multidisciplinary industrial fabrication and construction projects. You will connect engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field teams, manage document control, schedules, and RFIs, and assemble audit-ready turnover packages.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role involves coordinating processes from award to client turnover,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or document control within industrial construction/fabrication environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOMs, purchase orders, and specs.
• Familiarity with tracking labor hours, material costs, and progress claims.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project workflows from award through turnover.
• Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, and inspection approvals against baselines.
• Maintain strict document control with real-time access to drawings and specs.
• Organize meetings, record minutes, and monitor deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
