Snatch UP Jobs is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our LATAM team as an independent contractor. You will own onboarding, customer success, and delivery for a growing SaaS platform, working on an invoicing basis with tax obligations on you.

Remote role supporting Colombia and Mexico-based clients, with travel to customer sites as needed. You will collaborate with product, engineering, support, and data teams to drive value, renewals, and ROI for key accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years in CS/AM/PM at a SaaS company.
• Native Spanish and fluent English required.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel; SQL a plus.
• Hands-on retail operations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own a book of retail accounts and ensure renewals.
• Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategy sessions.
• Monitor product usage to spot risks and growth opportunities.
• Drive value delivery and measurable ROI through engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and scope.
• Maintain records in HubSpot and report health metrics to leadership.
