Job summary

Bionic Talent seeks a detail-oriented US Immigration Paralegal to support a US-based law firm in family-based immigration matters. You will prepare petitions, gather documents, manage deadlines, and communicate with clients remotely.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of US immigration paralegal experience, strong English, and familiarity with USCIS processes. Law degree or attorney background from home country is preferred; remote work from Latin America is available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and accurate case files and case management records.

Our client is a US-based Law Firm specializing in family-based immigration and dedicated to providing professional, client-focused legal support throughout the immigration process.

About the role:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with hands-on experience supporting US immigration and family-based law matters. The ideal candidate will have US immigration paralegal experience and, ideally, a law degree or attorney background from their home country, combined with practical experience working on US immigration cases. This role will support attorneys with case preparation, documentation, client communication, legal research, and case management.
US law firm experience is mandatory.Experience in Immigration and family law is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:
