BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to improve candidate experience and streamline recruiting for client openings. You’ll be the main point of contact with candidates, maintain records, and coordinate interviews, assessments, and communications across the pipeline.

• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with candidates, following up on their process and helping engagement.
• Maintain records of applicants' information and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments with candidates and clients.
• Gather and communicate candidate experience data to Staffing for informed decisions.
