LawnStarter is expanding its Data Team with an Analytics role focused on experimentation design, rigorous statistics, and readouts across web funnels, paid and organic channels. You will own acquisition-to-conversion tests and help scale our self-serve analytics platform using AI-assisted tooling.

The role requires expertise in SQL, Python, dbt, and Lightdash, plus collaboration with Growth PMs and marketing to drive measurable improvements.

Formación

• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with Python for automation and analytics.
• Proficiency with dbt for data modeling and transformations.
• Familiarity with BI tools and self-serve analytics platforms.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tooling to validate analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Design experiments and power calculations for Growth tests.
• Own and improve the self-serve experimentation layer with automated metrics.
• Model the Growth funnel (visitor → lead → customer) and prioritize investments.
• Collaborate with CRO, Growth PMs, and marketing to drive data-informed decisions.
