LawnStarter is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional delivery teams and drive both delivery and people outcomes. You will report to the Head of Engineering and shape how a distributed team ships reliably across new service verticals.

You will lead with a focus on growth, performance, and AI-enabled workflows. We value remote-native leadership, direct conflict resolution, and a data-driven approach to people management.

Formación

• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Track record of managing distributed teams across time zones and countries.
• Experience turning AI adoption into measurable improvements in throughput and quality.
• Comfort coaching engineers and managing performance directly, with clear growth plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery and people outcomes for multiple teams.
• Partner with Product, Design, and other functions to remove blockers.
• Set growth plans for every IC and manage performance directly.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows across the team (code review, planning, documentation).
• Maintain culture and accountability in a fully remote setup.
