LawnStarter is seeking an engineering leader to scale cross-functional delivery across service verticals. You will lead 4–5 engineers, reporting to the Head of Engineering, ensuring reliable shipping, team growth, and minimal bottlenecks as we expand.

This role is people-first and AI-forward, requiring strong async communication and collaboration across Product, Design, and other engineering teams globally.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams of 4–5 engineers.
• Proven ability to ship features reliably in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong written and asynchronous communication across time zones.
• Ability to set growth plans and evaluate team performance with metrics.
• Experience integrating AI workflows into engineering processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own both delivery and people outcomes for your team.
• Ensure cadence and predictable quality in shipping.
• Develop growth plans for every IC on the team.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with Product and Design.
• Lead AI adoption to improve throughput while maintaining quality.
• Maintain team culture across distributed time zones.
