Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Google Ads experience across Search and Performance Max.
• Experience with software or lead generation, evaluating lead quality beyond cost per conversion.
• Careful campaign setup, reliable follow-through and concise reporting.
• Familiarity with Google Ads conversion tracking and GA4.

Responsibilities

• Build, update and optimize Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Review search terms, exclusions, budgets, ad copy and settings.
• Implement tests and verify tracking and conversions.
• Report on acquisition results and flag issues early.
• Coordinate with designers or developers for test assets.
