Job summary

Seamless Assist is hiring a GoHighLevel Specialist to own the platform end-to-end for a US-based gym client. This fully remote role is open to candidates in Colombia and requires EST business hours. You will build, maintain, and support lead, trial, and membership workflows while integrating gym software and ad sources.

You will train staff, improve processes, and deliver reliable automation. Prior gym tech or CRM automation experience is a plus, with strong English communication essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building GHL automations for live businesses.
• 1+ year providing customer or technical support.
• Working knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n, or webhooks to connect GHL with other tools.
• Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate building, writing, and troubleshooting.
• Able to work US Eastern Time (EST) business hours from Colombia.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Understanding of email and SMS deliverability, including A2P 10DLC.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain GoHighLevel systems for leads, trials, and membership touchpoints.
• Build and optimize lead nurture workflows, trial bookings, and reminders.
• Run retention and reactivation campaigns for memberships and payments.
• Set up pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, funnels, and tagging.
• Create and send email/SMS campaigns for promotions and newsletters.
• Automate review requests and referral campaigns.
• Integrate GHL with gym management software and ad lead sources via native integrations or automation tools.
