Job summary

MBCC Solutions is seeking a Systems & Automation Specialist to architect high-impact automation systems for a fast-growing US marketing agency. You will own the tech behind client onboarding, lead routing, and multi-channel workflows using GoHighLevel, WordPress/Elementor, and popular automation tools.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position with competitive USD 1,000–1,300/month compensation based on skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced GoHighLevel: snapshots, workflows, triggers, custom fields, funnels, integrations
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool: Zapier, n8n, Make, or webhooks
• Professional English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain master GoHighLevel snapshots and niche templates to launch clients quickly
• Design and optimize workflows for lead nurture, appointment reminders, review requests, and reactivation
• Set up AI chat/voice agents in GoHighLevel and troubleshoot issues
• Connect Pixels/Conversions API and ensure correct lead routing and event tracking

I’m helping MBCC Solutions find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Systems & Automation Specialist.

You will architect high-impact automation systems to scale growth for home-service businesses.

Compensation:

USD 1K - 1.3K/month

Location:

Remote (for Colombia, Bolivia, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Uruguay, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Chile residents)

Own the tech behind a fast-growing US marketing agency: build the systems, connect the tools, and make sure every lead gets where it needs to go.

WHO WE ARE

MBCC Solutions helps Hispanic home-service contractors in the US (remodelers, roofers, concrete, landscaping, painting) get consistent, qualified appointments. We run their ads, build their CRM and automations, and book appointments for them.

We have a Media Buyer, an Operations Manager, an Account Manager, an Operations Assistant, a Video Editor, and Appointment Setters. We're missing the person who builds and maintains the systems they all run on.

WHAT YOU GET

WHAT YOU'LL DO

GoHighLevel Systems

• Build and maintain our master snapshots and niche templates so new clients launch in days
• Build and fix workflows: lead nurture (SMS/email/WhatsApp), appointment reminders, review requests, reactivation
• Set up AI chat and voice agents in GHL
• Troubleshoot anything in GHL that stops working

Tracking & Integrations

• Set up and verify Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking on every account
• Connect Meta lead forms to GHL and make sure every lead lands correctly
• Handle A2P 10DLC registration and phone setup
• Connect tools with Zapier, n8n, Make, or webhooks

Websites & Funnels

• Build client websites and funnels (GoHighLevel and WordPress/Elementor)
• Build the website templates per niche that the rest of the team uses
• Basic on-page SEO and page speed

MUST HAVE

• Advanced GoHighLevel: snapshots, workflows, triggers, custom fields, funnels, integrations
• You can build a website without a developer (GHL, WordPress/Elementor, or similar). Show us live sites.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool: Zapier, n8n, Make, or webhooks
• Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversions API
• You can debug on your own: when something breaks, you find out why
• Professional English (written and spoken)

NICE TO HAVE

• AI agents in GHL (chat or voice)
• Google Tag Manager, GA4
• Agency experience with local or home-service businesses

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

• You've only used GHL as a user and haven't built systems in it
• You need step-by-step instructions for every task
• You're working with several other clients and can't give us full-time focus
