Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Global Insights & Business Management Director to serve as the strategic and operational backbone of the Global Technical Services organization. You will turn customer lifecycle data into actionable insights, scalable processes, and a reliable operational cadence.

You will connect customer insights, portfolio strategy, and go-to-market execution to accelerate value realization across the data platform, cybersecurity, and observability portfolios.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success Ops, Revenue Ops, or Business Ops in enterprise SaaS/cloud software.
• Leadership in building and mentoring global ops and data analytics teams.
• Deep expertise with CS/CRM platforms (Gainsight, Salesforce) and BI/data warehousing tools (Snowflake, Tableau).
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into executive summaries and actions.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Familiarity with data platforms, cybersecurity, or observability markets.
• SQL literacy and experience with large-scale UAT deployments.
• MBA or equivalent strategic leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Long-Range Planning and annual operating planning for the Customer Success organization.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance and RevOps on headcount, budgets, capacity, and revenue forecasting.
• Develop data-driven models to align resources with global coverage needs.
• Oversee global dashboards showing NRR, GRR, Time-to-Value, and churn risk.
• Establish global metrics and lead regular business reviews to close gaps.
• Design automated processes across the customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion.
• Own deployment of CS tech stack (Gainsight, Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau).
• Create training and change management plans for new workflows and updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to eliminate silos.
• Hire and mentor a global team of operations managers and data analysts.
