Job summary

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Designer with Motion skills to join our global creative team. You will blend traditional design with GenAI-driven workflows, shaping assets for digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and brand campaigns while collaborating from brief to final delivery.

You’ll use Pencil AI and other GenAI tools, stay current with trends, and iterate quickly based on client briefs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an agency, in-house team, or studio.
• Proven ability to create both traditional and AI-assisted projects.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI tools and prompt-driven editing.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social.
• Design, layout, animate, and refine assets for static, animated, and video formats.
• Develop assets for multiple platforms using Pencil and GenAI models.
• Lead briefs through insight, concept, copy, generation, and final assembly.
• Ensure multi-channel optimization and brand cohesion across campaigns.
• Present work and explain GenAI contributions to ideation and execution.
• Stay updated on design trends and GenAI tools, sharing insights with the team.
• Oversee quality and consistency with evolving AI-powered content standards.
