The role emphasizes technical leadership, architecture, and enablement, with a remote-first setup and global client exposure. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini).
• Experience with GenAI techniques like model selection and prompting.
• Experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.
• Strong written English and client-facing communication skills.
• Agency experience preferred for fast-paced environments.
• Excellent personal communication and management abilities.
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with optimism about GenAI in creativity.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements.
• Lead design of production-grade prompts, workflows, and creative systems.
• Develop scalable frameworks supporting multiple brands and channels.
• Govern workflows, quality control, and reliability of deployed systems.
• Create technical docs, playbooks, and guides for internal and client use.
