Pencil is seeking a technically oriented creative technologist to join our team in Bogotá. You will build and operate agentic and nodal creative workflows, connecting insight, concept, copy, imagery and video into scalable systems for fast, high-quality advertising outputs.

You will work under Art Directors and Creative Directors, bringing hands-on fluency in GenAI tools to briefs, focusing on the systems side—architecture, governance and scale—while maintaining an eye for creative quality.

Formación

• 2–3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini.
• Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting.
• Any experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Preference for candidates with prior agency experience.
• Access to a reliable computer with internet >40 Mbps.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements.
• Design and build production-grade prompts, workflows, agents, and creative systems.
• Lead training, workshops, and documentation to drive adoption of new tools.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and tooling for fit and scalability.
• Represent the technical roadmap for creative technology internally.
