Bluelightconsulting seeks a senior backend engineer to design and implement high-performance APIs and services. You will work on scalable RESTful architectures, multi-tenant data models, and secure integrations with AWS. The role involves collaboration across teams and occasional frontend contribution.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of backend experience, strong SQL skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience (backend-focused).
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience with multi-tenant, audit-heavy or fintech environments.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and SQL migrations.
• Solid testing practices including integration tests against real databases.

Responsabilidades

• Develop backend services and APIs with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams on challenging, impactful projects.
• Implement secure multi-tenant architectures and data models.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments on AWS.
• Contribute to frontend work when needed and support full-stack efforts.
• Participate in testing, fault-injection, and resilience exercises.
