Rockstar is recruiting on behalf of a US-based client for a full-time Corporate Bookkeeper. The role handles day-to-day books, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close, working remotely for a US-based company.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping, experience with major platforms (QB Online, Xero, NetSuite), strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Remote, long-term engagement with CPA collaboration.

Formación

3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, with at least 2 years supporting a US-based company.
Hands-on experience running both AP and AR.
Strong experience with at least one major accounting platform, such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP.
Working knowledge of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
Reliable high-speed internet, a backup connection and power source, and a quiet workspace.

Responsabilidades

Own the day-to-day books including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close support.
Prepare AP and AR aging reports, cash position summaries, and draft financial statements.
Keep chart of accounts clean and organized; support outside CPA with year-end close, tax prep, 1099 filing, and audit requests.
Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts; post journal entries including accruals and depreciation.
Assist with month-end close and meet close deadlines.
