Magic is seeking a Fraud Analyst to protect e-commerce operations for a LatAm-based wellness brand. This remote role focuses on reviewing high-risk transactions, identifying suspicious patterns, monitoring multiple payment gateways, and implementing risk-mitigation protocols.

You will handle sensitive customer data, conduct confidential account reviews, and contribute to improving fraud prevention systems while maintaining customer trust and brand integrity.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience or similar roles.
• Proven track record in fraud analysis or risk management.
• Experience with e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment.
• Experience with multiple payment gateway systems.
• WFH Setup: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, and reliable internet.
