Job summary

FullStack is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect and build AI-powered solutions. You will explore opportunities, design agentic systems, and ship practical tools inside existing environments.

You will work directly with executives and engineers, converting business problems into deployable AI workflows while ensuring reliability and measurable value. This role supports remote, international client engagement across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (Python, TS/Node.js, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1-4 years of professional experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production environments.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders to identify genuine AI problems.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and turn it into executable specs for humans and AI systems.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, context, tooling, guardrails, and MCP/LLM APIs.
• Build. Ship working agents and automations with CI/CD for reliable delivery.
• Consult. Present and defend decisions to CTOs/VPs of Engineering and support pre-sales scoping.
