Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver value in real environments. You’ll combine consultant, operator, and engineer roles to scope, design, and ship AI-driven systems that integrate with clients’ workflows and delivery pipelines.

You will work across discovery, architecture, and delivery, collaborating with leadership on strategic questions, while maintaining hands-on execution and rapid prototyping to prove

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a mainstream production stack
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures
• Advanced English is required
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex
• Track record of leading client-facing discovery calls
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
• Experience with agentic orchestration tools like LangGraph, LangChain, N8N, or MCP
• End-to-end delivery ownership and agile delivery experience
• Ability to work through issues and contribute to libraries
• CI/CD delivery of applications

Responsibilities

• Discover through workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders
• Structure process specs for automation of business or engineering processes
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, context, tool integration, guardrails
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers
• Own CI/CD for what you build: test, release, environments
• Consult and defend decisions with CTOs/VPs of Engineering and support pre-sales scoping
