Enveritas, a remote-first organization, seeks a Senior Analyst to identify, design, and drive interventions that improve outcomes for smallholder farmers and their communities. You will analyze sustainability solutions across precision agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, carbon sequestration, and microfinance, and lead programs from pilot to scale.

Formación

• 2–6 years of experience in a high-intensity environment: strategy consulting, finance/PE, a VC-backed start-up, or similar.
• University degree in science or engineering (preferred).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; comfortable with large datasets and statistics; basic scientific method; familiarity with R & Python.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, design, and drive interventions that improve outcomes for smallholder farmers and their communities.
• Lead the design, launch, and management of programs — piloting, partnering, monitoring, evaluating, and scaling what works.
• Spend substantial time at origin in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, or Asia to stay close to the work and the people it serves.
• Collaborate across the organization and with external partners to build credibility and relationships for change.
