Job summary

Danescor Limited is seeking a Senior Associate to join its M&A advisory team in a global, fast-moving environment. You will lead buy-side CDaaS programmes and sell-side mandates from strategy through execution, coordinating cross-border teams and senior stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in M&A or management consulting, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication with a team mindset; MBA or CA/CFA qualifications are advantageous.

• Lead buy-side CDaaS programmes and sell-side mandates end to end.
• Manage geographically dispersed teams and mentor juniors.
• Take ownership for client engagements and ensure quality across workstreams.
• Negotiate offers and oversee due diligence projects.
