Conexwest is seeking an experienced Financial Controller in Colombia to lead the accounting and financial operations of our growing container logistics company. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management while providing strategic insights to support growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial management, strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and proficiency with accounting and ERP systems. A collaborative work culture and growth opportunities await the right individual.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, trucking, or container operations preferred.
• CPA designation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Support executive leadership with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
