CONFIDENCIAL is seeking a Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance operations across multiple entities in an international setting.

You will drive IFRS, US GAAP, and Colombian regulation compliance, oversee audits, tax affairs, and strategic budgeting and treasury. The role requires leadership, strong communication with executives, and hands-on development of the finance team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of accounting/finance experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Colombian regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or QuickBooks).
• Advanced English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP, and Colombian regulations.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee tax compliance and relationships with authorities such as DIAN and UGPP.
• Lead budgeting, treasury, cash flow, and financial planning activities.
• Supervise accounting operations (AP, AR, Payroll, Invoicing).
• Partner with U.S. stakeholders and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting & Finance team.

We\'re looking for a Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance operations within a growing international organization. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across a multi-entity environment.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP, and Colombian regulations.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee tax compliance and relationships with entities such as DIAN and UGPP.
• Lead budgeting, treasury, cash flow, and financial planning activities.
• Supervise accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Invoicing.
• Partner with U.S. stakeholders and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting & Finance team.

What We\'re Looking For

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Colombian accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or QuickBooks preferred).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Advanced English (B2+ required).
