Assist World is seeking a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support social media, email marketing, and paid advertising for a remote U.S.-based music education academy. The role combines content creation, calendars, and general admin tasks, with opportunities to contribute to brand strategy and positioning.

The ideal candidate excels at executing campaigns, managing email and social channels, and taking ownership in a remote, part-time capacity. Creativity and proactive thinking are valued.

Formación

• 2+ years in digital marketing, social media, or a similar role.
• Experience creating and managing social media content.
• Experience with email marketing, especially Mailchimp.
• Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign management.

Responsabilidades

• Publish social media content from provided assets on a schedule.
• Write captions and maintain a content calendar.
• Create and send Mailchimp email campaigns and segment lists.
• Support paid advertising setup, monitoring, and testing.
• Provide remote administrative support and coordination.
• Contribute to brand strategy and messaging when possible.
