Stryker Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple cross-functional teams on medium to high-complexity ERP initiatives. You will oversee data loads, ERP integrations and production planning, collaborating with business partners and IT to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Ideal candidates have extensive PMI-based project management experience, strong communication, budgeting, and risk-management skills, and a proven track record with Oracle EBS and ERP deployments across

Formación

• 7-15 years of Project Management experience with some technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS.
• Experience implementing ERP systems; familiarity with data extraction and loads.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including IT or related business experience.
• Completed at least 3 ERP integrations end-to-end.
• PMI-based methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Direct multiple cross-functional project teams to meet defined goals within time, budget and specs.
• Collaborate with business partners and IT to plan mock data loads and production loads.
• Oversee ERP systems integration and issue tracking.
• Communicate status and delays to management; anticipate go-live impacts.
• Guide functional teams to complete tasks on time and manage 2-3 ERPs simultaneously.
• Troubleshoot data extracts and refine data for loads; support issue resolution.
