Auxis LLC in Bogotá is seeking an experienced Project Manager within IT Operations to deliver technology initiatives through the PMO service catalog, ensuring disciplined demand execution, project delivery, financial oversight, risk management, and governance.
The role collaborates with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery aligned to portfolio priorities and to coordinate ERP-related enhancements and complex integrations.
The Project Manager within IT Operations is responsible for delivering technology initiatives through the standardized PMO service catalog, ensuring disciplined demand execution, project delivery, financial oversight, risk management, and governance. The role supports enterprise platforms and partners with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery outcomes aligned to portfolio priorities.
Additional Focus
Deliver ERP enhancements and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations.
Manage complex integrations and enterprise data dependencies.
Support testing, training, and global deployment activities.
Execute approved demand following PMO intake, prioritization, and funding workflows.
Validate scope, objectives, dependencies, delivery model, and success criteria.
Ensure alignment with platform roadmaps and portfolio priorities.
Own end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including GDC resources and vendors.
Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and delivery variances.
Coordinate resource plans within established capacity and demand constraints.
Support capitalization, forecasting, and financial governance processes.
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-initiative dependencies.
Drive mitigation plans and elevate decision points as required.
Maintain transparent RAID reporting aligned with PMO standards.
Produce standardized PMO reporting, including status, milestones, financials, and KPIs.
Support stage gates, portfolio reviews, and governance forums.
Ensure adherence to PMO delivery standards and auditability requirements.
Coordinate with Change Enablement and Release Management.
Ensure testing, cutover, communications, and readiness activities are planned and executed.
Support post-deployment stabilization and transition to operations.
Strong enterprise project management and PMO delivery expertise.
Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
Familiarity with PMO and ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Experience working with vendors and distributed/GDC delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.
English proficiency at B2+ level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
5-8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
Experience working within formal PMO governance and delivery models.
