Stryker Corporation is seeking an IT Finance Project Manager to lead 3-5 cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and scope. The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for finance technology investments, with excellent stakeholder communication.

Candidates should have experience in enterprise finance tech implementations, vendor management, and change management in regulated or complex environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as required.
• PMI CAPM certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT or business contexts.
• Experience with project life cycle methodologies and budgeting/ROI analysis.
• Ability to influence and manage teams without direct reporting lines.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent projects with complex interdependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Direct 3-5 cross-functional projects within time, budget, and scope constraints.
• Develop and manage work plans, milestones, and resource forecasts.
• Track project performance and adjust plans to meet customer commitments.
• Communicate status, risks, and financial impacts to stakeholders.
• Support senior PMs on larger programs and vendor activities.
