Job summary

Coderio is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent workflows and conversational agents at scale. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical AI solutions, integrating with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake and Azure, and ensuring robust observability in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Automation roles with enterprise-scale impact.
• 4+ years hands-on Python development (backend services, APIs, data integrations).
• 2+ years designing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents) and Power Automate.
• Experience building agentic workflows and integrating LLMs into business processes.
• Solid Azure cloud expertise; AWS a plus.
• Experience integrating applications with Snowflake.
• Background building high-volume logging and monitoring (e.g., Splunk).
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, ChatGPT).
• Bilingual English.

Responsibilities

• AI & Agentic Development: Design and build conversational solutions, copilots, and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Python architectures.
• Enterprise Integration: Connect AI agents and workflows with enterprise data ecosystems, specifically Snowflake and SharePoint.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Architect and operate large-scale cloud infrastructures on Azure, with CI/CD deployments ( YAML, GitOps ).
• Observability & Governance: Develop monitoring, logging, and auditing strategies using Splunk to track performance and bottlenecks.
• Engineering Excellence: Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and improve code quality.
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate with global teams, provide direction, and recommend emerging AI technologies.
