Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. seeks a Project Manager to lead complex energy projects from start to finish, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring safety, quality and contractual commitments.

The role offers growth through the path to Hitachi Energy certification, cross‑functional collaboration across divisions, and visibility with customers and suppliers. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years PM experience with MS Project or ERP are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental standards (ISO).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project planning and execution meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities to protect project outcomes.
• Oversee engineering activities, procurement, testing, and commissioning to meet contracts.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across divisions to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Negotiate change orders and claims with customers and suppliers to protect margins.
• Monitor budgets, costs, scope, and cash flow to ensure profitability.
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, auditors, and contractors.
