Hitachi Energy in Bogotá is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex energy projects from start to finish, ensuring contractual commitments while upholding safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and have access to continuous learning opportunities, including the path to achieve Hitachi Energy's Project Manager certification.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar project management software.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial tools.
• Knowledge of legal, financial, and cost management concepts.
• Proven people management and customer-focused mindset.
• Understanding of ISO 9001/14001/50001/45001 quality and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning and execution meetings and report progress.
• Manage risks and opportunities to protect margins.
• Oversee engineering activities, testing, and commissioning per contract.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver contracted outcomes.
• Negotiate changes with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Monitor procurement and budgets to ensure profitability.
• Track costs, scope, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and contract requirements.
